Poor little Peanut.
Well folks, the peanut had trouble breathing all last night. This morning he had a fever of 102 and still couldn't breathe well. In fact it sounded worse! He repeatedly made sounds that sounded like the mating call of a barking seal. So we had a little visit with the man with the initials of DR. After a steroid shot and some counsel, the Dr. sent us home. The little P-nut has a tough case of a viral croup, and it is contagious for 5 days. Poor kid! :( His little sounds are enough to make you cry, or at least his momma! Would you believe that through it all, regardless of how miserable the Nut is feeling, he will still smile at us through it all! What a guy!

Good luck. Croup is like tradition at our house. My kids get it every year and we have made many many trips to the ER for not being able to breathe. I feel for you and the nut.
It's been five days. Is the little guy feeling better?
Poor little guy. I hope he's feeling better.
It doesnt matter how old they are it is still hard to see them sick...Chad is now 17 and it just gets a little harder to hold him when he is sick.
